Job summary

Blackstone Group L.P. is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst for the Corporate FP&A team. The role will bridge Finance and Technology, driving automation, data integration, and digital transformation across planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.

You will gather requirements, coordinate projects, support user adoption, and ensure technology solutions align with business objectives while partnering with Finance stakeholders and data owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Business or related field.
• 7+ years in: Business Analysis, FP&A, Finance Transformation, Financial Systems, Project Coordination.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Corporate FP&A processes: Forecasting, budgeting, reporting.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, identifying automation opportunities and controls.
• Gather, prioritize business requirements and validate solutions with development teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions, coordinate project execution, and support user adoption.
