Job summary

Medical College of Wisconsin seeks a Lead Workday Architect to drive scalable HR/Payroll system architecture in the United States. You will lead initiatives and guide requirements gathering through stakeholder meetings to ensure successful implementation.

Oversee complex configuration, troubleshooting, and documentation of Workday systems across modules, delivering robust architecture and analytical problem-solving to support the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Workday experience, including Core HCM and at least two other modules.
• 3+ years in a Workday architectural or lead configuration role.
• Proven expertise in system architecture and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
