Job summary

MUFG seeks an AVP to support Enterprise Architecture Governance across MUFG Bank and affiliates. You will partner with enterprise and solution architects, technology teams, owners, and risk partners to ensure governance is applied consistently and auditable.

Responsibilities include driving standards adoption, coordinating tollgates, and maintaining governance artifacts while leveraging Microsoft 365 tools and ServiceNow for workflows and reporting.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or IT Governance.
• Experience in regulated environments and coordinating across stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architecture intake, tollgate activities, governance forums, and follow‑up actions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, governance procedures, training materials, and process documentation.
• Support governance reporting, dashboards, and audit evidence.
