Job summary

MUFG invites an experienced ServiceNow professional to join our Enterprise Architecture Governance team in Jersey City/Tempe. The AVP will design, implement, and automate governance workflows across the enterprise, focusing on APM, CMDB, and data quality.

The role blends hands-on development with governance enablement, data stewardship, and AI-assisted improvements. Four days on-site, one day remote, with strong collaboration across risk, architecture, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in ServiceNow development, APM or governance roles.
• Hands-on delivery of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with data models, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Knowledge of ITIL, TOGAF or CSDM frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow APM solutions.
• Configure data models, workflows, dashboards, and integrations.
• Collaborate with architecture, risk, and operations teams.
• Leverage AI tools to improve governance workflows and insights.
