Job summary

MUFG Bank, Ltd seeks a ServiceNow Solution Engineer (AVP) to design and implement governance workflows across the enterprise architecture ecosystem. You will maintain APM, CMDB, and CSDM data, build dashboards, and automate governance processes.

The role requires hands‑on development, strong analytics, and collaboration with risk, IAM, and product teams. Remote one day per week, four days on-site in Jersey City, with potential client-site work.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in ServiceNow development, APM, or governance roles.
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions in regulated environments.
• Strong collaboration across architecture, risk, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow APM, CMDB, and governance workflows.
• Develop scripts, flows, and integrations; build dashboards for portfolio visibility.
• Support onboarding, ARB reviews, and stage-gated approvals.
• Leverage AI and Copilot to improve efficiency and governance outcomes.
