Job summary

Citi is seeking a Technology Risk & Application Governance Analyst to serve as a critical operational partner to Application Managers across a portfolio of enterprise and vendor-supplied applications, reducing administrative burden and ensuring teams stay ahead of governance and compliance requirements.

Your work will bridge the gap between development teams and the firm's risk and control frameworks, acting as a dedicated delegate who keeps complex lifecycle and compliance processes on track.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years IT experience overall, with 3+ years in App Development, Production Support, or DevOps.
• Experience navigating large enterprise environments with formal risk and control processes.
• Fluency in Jira or equivalent agile tracking tool.
• Excel proficiency for data analysis, compliance tracking, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and DevOps/DevSecOps.
• Excellent organizational skills for high-volume workload and deadlines.
• Clear communication across diverse stakeholders, from developers to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full administrative lifecycle of applications across a portfolio, coordinating onboarding and transfers within governance platforms.
• Facilitate risk and control assessments between development teams, managers, and control groups, ensuring timely sign-offs.
• Coordinate third-party risk assessments with Information Security, Legal, and Procurement teams and maintain vendor contracts documentation.
• Track application vulnerability assessments and remediation efforts, maintaining SBOMs for licenses and security.
• Build knowledge maps covering stakeholders, processes, and contacts for reusable compliance workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual audit evidence collection and reporting time.
• Produce status reports for managers and stakeholders on compliance progress and deadlines.
