Job summary

Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Process Lead to own end‑to‑end EA process design, optimization, and tooling.

You will strengthen governance, improve transparency across the technology landscape, and drive the Architecture Community of Practice with training and playbooks. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, governance, or IT process design
• Experience in a regulated financial services environment with risk, audit, and control awareness
• Ability to design and improve architecture governance workflows (intake, design review, ADRs, deployment readiness)
• Experience defining operating models (RACI, engagement models) across multiple architecture roles
• Experience managing EA tooling and governance workflows (repositories, ATS, ITSM/CMDB platforms)
• Strong reporting/visualization skills and ability to deliver executive-ready dashboards

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end EA process design, optimization, and tooling with clear workflows and controls
• Define and maintain EA operating model (RACI, engagement, escalation) across Architects
• Manage EA tooling, repositories, intake, ATS workflows, data quality, dashboards, and automation
• Collaborate with Operations and Governance to align SOPs, service levels, and guardrails
• Drive Architecture Community of Practice through training, playbooks, and communications
