Job summary

Chevron Federal Credit Union seeks an AVP, Employee Experience to own HR compliance, employee relations, and performance management, with leadership over Total Rewards and HRIS strategy. This role ensures data accuracy, regulatory alignment, and a modern, data-driven employee experience.

Responsibilities include guiding managers on policies, overseeing audits, and driving efficiency through AI tools and advanced Excel, while shaping benefits and compensation cycles in coordination with Total

Qualifications

• 5+ years exempt HR experience with management responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or PHR/SPHR; certification preferred for compliance scope.
• Hands-on HRIS experience, preferably UKG, and benefits/open enrollment know‑how.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR compliance governance and policy alignment with regulations.
• Lead employee relations, performance management, and total rewards strategy.
• Direct HRIS strategy, data governance, and system enhancements for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards to renew compensation and benefits processes.
• Provide guidance to managers and staff on policy interpretation and actions.
