Job summary

Chevron Federal Credit Union is seeking an AVP of Technology Strategy & Operations to lead business operations for Technology & Delivery. The role translates strategic priorities into execution, coordinates governance, and provides executive-ready reporting and materials.

It strengthens leadership cadence, improves follow-through, and aligns initiatives with enterprise objectives while embedding strong governance and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior executives and governance forums.
• Strong KPI/dashboard development and executive storytelling.
• Background in financial services or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CIO Office rhythm with governance forums and planning sessions.
• Own KPI reporting and executive dashboards for Technology & Delivery.
• Draft executive briefs and decision-ready materials for leadership stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities and track execution against goals.
• Improve accountability and report on risks, dependencies and milestones.
