Job summary

Arch Insurance Group Inc. is seeking an Assistant Vice President within Arch Construction to manage technical underwriting and account management for Middle Market Construction Casualty programs in the central territory.

The role requires ten years of casualty underwriting experience with construction focus and broker relationships; CPCU/CRIS designation is a plus. The base salary range is $133,000–$207,000 per year, with incentive eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of Casualty underwriting experience with Construction underwriting preferred.
• Established broker relationships within the region would be ideal.
• CPCU or CRIS designation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solicits and reviews new and renewal account information required to evaluate a risk.
• Underwrites, prices and prepares Casualty quote proposals.
• Prepares final quotation/proposal and presents to producer and/or insured.
• Quarterbacks all post-bind activities including policy production, audits and adjustments.
