Arch Insurance Group Inc. is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Construction Casualty in the central territory.

The role focuses on technical underwriting and account management for Middle Market Construction programs, driving quotes, renewals and strategic agency partnerships. Ideal candidates have a decade of casualty underwriting experience in construction, broker relationships, and a bachelor’s degree; CPCU/CRIS is a plus.

Competenze

• Understanding Workers Comp, GL, Auto and Excess coverage forms.
• Identify exposures and analyze risk characteristics.
• Broad knowledge across claims, risk control, audits and finance.

Mansioni

• Solicit and review new and renewal account information to evaluate risk.
• Underwrite, price and prepare Casualty quotes for Construction coverage.
• Coordinate post-bind activities including policy production and audits.
• Manage pre-renewal reviews to hit retention and rate goals.
• Develop agency relationships to generate submissions and growth.
• Position Arch in agency and insured markets to meet goals.
