Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, or related functions.
• Proven expertise in operational analytics, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple underwriting support functions with focus on operational excellence and service quality.
• Drive initiatives that improve profitability, growth, efficiency, and associate effectiveness.
• Partner with underwriting leadership to align staffing, workflow design, and capabilities with business needs.
• Leverage data analytics to optimize staffing and resource allocation.
• Lead business process improvement initiatives across Commercial Lines support functions.
