Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or related field, or 4+ years of equivalent professional work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, or related functions.
• Proven expertise in operational analytics, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting support functions and ensure operational excellence.
• Execute initiatives to support profitability, growth, efficiency.
• Align staffing strategies with business needs.
• Use data analytics to optimize staffing and demand.
• Lead process improvement across Commercial Lines support.
• Drive change readiness with technology and workflow upgrades.
• Oversee training strategies and curriculum development.
• Establish and monitor operational metrics and take corrective actions.
• Govern change management and process standardization.
• Champion automation and operational innovation.
• Develop leaders through coaching and succession planning.
• Serve as operational advisor to Commercial Lines leadership.
