Qualifications

Proven expertise in operational analytics, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple underwriting support functions to ensure operational effectiveness, quality, productivity, and service excellence.
Execute operational initiatives supporting profitability, growth, efficiency, and associate effectiveness.
Partner with underwriting leadership to align staffing, workflow design, and operational capabilities with business needs.
Leverage data analytics to optimize staffing capacity, workforce allocation, and talent deployment based on workload complexity and demand.
Drive business process improvement and change leadership across Commercial Lines support functions.
