Job summary

Citi Commercial Bank is seeking an AVP, Commercial Associate in its Core Segment to service international Mid-Market clients, deepen relationships and onboard new commercial clients. You will support Senior Relationship Managers, coordinate with global product and risk teams, and help deliver end-to-end banking solutions across cash, trade, and working capital.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in banking or related client-facing roles.
• Experience in Commercial/Corporate banking is desirable.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive sales.
• Strong analytical, credit assessment and financial spreading skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Citi network and client teams to serve requests and drive resolutions.
• Support Senior Relationship Manager in managing and growing an assigned portfolio of clients.
• Provide day-to-day banking and operational support with a Client First approach.
• Collaborate with global teams to leverage Citi insights and solutions for clients.
• Ensure onboarding and KYC processes are followed and compliant.
