Job summary

State Street seeks a Change Manager to lead and coordinate operational and process change initiatives. You will partner with business leaders, operations, technology, and stakeholders to plan, communicate, and sustain changes, while minimizing disruption and risk.

You will develop change management strategies, oversee stakeholder engagement, and drive continuous improvement across initiatives in a complex financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Project Management, Operations, Business Transformation, Consulting, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading change initiatives in complex organizations.
• Financial services experience.
• Experience working across operations, technology, risk, and business teams.
