Job summary

State Street is seeking an AVP Systems Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate needs into well-defined system solutions. You will help design, deliver, and improve systems and applications across the delivery lifecycle.

You will analyze requirements, document processes, and coordinate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure scalable outcomes and strong documentation. Hybrid work with onsite-focused responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with systems analysis experience.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Experience translating business needs into functional specifications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate requirements into system specs, process flows, and designs.
• Support solution design and delivery with developers, testers, and PMs.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies and propose solutions.
• Assist with planning, UAT, and production readiness.
• Provide ongoing analysis for enhancements, defects, and change requests.
• Maintain accurate documentation of requirements and artifacts.
• Serve as liaison across business, technology, and operations throughout delivery.
