Job summary

State Street seeks a hands-on leader to own and launch a Fund Order Services solution for a strategic client, then run the service in BAU, driving outcomes across Operations, Product, FRS, Technology and Risk. You will define the operating model, lift automation, and set clear ownership to ensure resilience and timely delivery.

As the service matures, you will expand delivery to new clients, manage risk, monitor performance, and continuously improve processes to sustain excellence.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading end-to-end fund operations initiatives.
• Ability to design scalable operating models with strong controls and automation.
• Proven capability to align and drive cross-functional teams across multiple functions.
• Strong focus on risk management, governance, and BAU performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the FOF workstream from discovery through go-live, stabilization and BAU.
• Define outcomes, priorities, milestones, and drive delivery with the team.
• Create concise executive updates on progress, risks, and actions.
• Lead through ambiguity and ensure commitments translate into deliverables.
• Lead end-to-end readiness, go-live decisions, and post-launch stabilization.
