Skyward Specialty Insurance Group is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Captive Programs to build and manage a profitable portfolio of captive programs in the United States. The role requires technical knowledge across multiple P&C lines and strong relationships with program partners.

You will lead governance, pricing collaboration with actuarial, and product development efforts while engaging with MGAs and delegated authority partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of P&C underwriting or product development experience.
• Captive underwriting experience preferred.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned portfolio of captive programs, growing a profitable book.
• Vet new program opportunities during due diligence.
• Track underwriting activity, KPIs, and report findings to leadership.
• Develop underwriting guidelines and conduct audits to ensure governance.
• Coordinate pricing with actuarial and manage product design with operations, claims and financial structuring.
• Build and maintain relationships with MGAs and delegated authority programs.
