Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Occupational Safety or related discipline.
• 5 years leading safety or risk management activities with proven success.
• Strong knowledge of safety and loss control.

Responsibilities

• Manage Provider Relationships by reviewing risk control service reports and member safety action plans; adjust/evaluate services; QA of provider services and reporting.
• Consult captive members on best safety/health and risk management practices; provide semi-annual comprehensive reports to board and members.
• Coordinate risk control workshops; select locations, draft agendas, identify speakers, host and facilitate workshops.
• Assist with ad hoc department trending and analysis; data analysis and support for VP initiatives.
• Coordinate claims management services and contract review; facilitate financial payments across vendor relationships.
