Responsibilities

Portfolio management and growth of profitable programs.
Identify and vet new program opportunities during due diligence.
Track underwriting activity, KPIs, and book performance for leadership.
Develop underwriting guidelines and perform audits for governance.
Coordinate pricing, product design, and filings with actuaries.
Build relationships with MGAs and delegated authority partners.
Stay informed on market, legal, and economic trends.
