TruMark Financial in Trooper, PA is seeking an AVP, Branch Manager to lead the Trooper branch, drive sales and service, and guide daily operations. You will oversee team performance and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional member experience.

What You’ll Do

As a Branch Manager, you’ll play a vital role in our members' financial journeys and lead your branch to success:

• Lead branch performance: Oversee sales, service, operations, and profitability to meet key goals.
• Coach and develop your team: Support staff in reaching service and product performance targets.

What You Bring To The Table

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years in retail banking, financial services, or a sales-focused leadership role.
• Skills:
