Job summary
Citi is seeking a Data Solutions Production Management professional in Irving, TX to support the NAM Consumer Data Platform applications. You will join a globally distributed team across Chennai, Pune, and Irving, providing 24/7 production support for enterprise applications.
The role requires 6+ years in IT with cloud experience (OpenShift/AWS/GCP), strong CI/CD, and expertise in observability and disaster recovery. On-call/shift flexibility is expected.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in engineering or computer science.
- 6+ years IT experience with 2+ years in cloud technologies (OpenShift, AWS, or Google Cloud).
- Strong CI/CD knowledge for automated deployments.
- Experience with SOAP/REST APIs and microservices.
- Observability tools experience (Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana).
- Automation with Ansible / Python.
Responsibilities
- Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and assess business impact.
- Drive service risk assessments and Service Improvement Plans.
- Develop knowledge objects to support L0–L2 resolutions.
- Apply rigorous change management practices for deployments.
- Review capacity across service components.
- Lead COB testing and disaster recovery activities.
- Build/update service configurations and manage 3rd party assets.
- Lead production monitoring with observability tooling.
- Collaborate across offshore and onsite teams.
