Qualifications

• 6+ years IT experience with at least 2 years in cloud tech.
• Experience with OpenShift, AWS or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts and Master Data Management/Big Data.

Responsibilities

• Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and track incident lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Technology Organization and manage service risks.
• Develop/test knowledge objects to improve L0-L2 resolutions.
• Lead change management and review capacity; build/update service configuration.
• Oversee COB testing, recovery plans, and disaster recovery processes.
• Lead production monitoring using AppD, Splunk, Grafana.
