Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking an experienced AI/Analytics professional to build practical, scalable AI solutions for Finance, Risk and Treasury. You will design agent-based workflows, leverage LLM copilots for finance narratives and explanations, and ensure outputs align with accounting rules and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in AI, data analytics, computer science, engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in emerging AI technologies, data science or automation, preferably in financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to handle large datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, plus knowledge of data warehousing, data modelling and ETL design.

Responsibilities

• Build Agentic AI & Copilot solutions for Finance.
• Design and deliver agent-based workflows across finance processes with appropriate human oversight.
• Develop AI-driven narratives, variance explanations, exception triage and root-cause analysis.
• Combine AI reasoning with deterministic logic to ensure reliability in controlled environments.
• Embed solutions into finance workflows and support rollout and adoption.
