Job summary

State Street is seeking a highly motivated Officer to join the AI Strategy & Product Management team, reporting to the VP. You will help accelerate AI adoption and scale capabilities across the organization, coordinating across business, data, product, and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities include developing business cases, governing AI initiatives, and delivering strategic communications to senior leadership while shaping the AI platform roadmap and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI delivery and governance frameworks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into AI initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in financial services or fintech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI POD activities across business and technology stakeholders.
• Frame business intake requirements and prioritize AI opportunities.
• Develop business cases assessing value, feasibility, and alignment.
• Track AI initiatives from ideation to implementation.
• Translate requirements into actionable product and technical plans.
• Shape AI platform roadmap by distilling business needs.
• Evaluate AI deployment models and use-case implementations.
• Support governance, metrics, and periodic reviews of AI programs.
• Prepare executive updates and communications for senior leaders.
• Assist with client reporting, Board-level reporting.
• Collaborate across teams to improve AI adoption and impact.
