The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Digital Applications Architecture to shape the long-term strategy for our EDDA unit and modernize our digital experiences for customers and producers.

You will lead a team of architects, drive end-to-end architectural direction across Salesforce, AI-enabled content platforms, and marketing tech, and partner with senior technology and business leaders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology related field with 10+ years architecture experience.
• Advanced architecture skills with hands-on engineering experience.
• Proven creation and execution of complex, large-scale technology strategies and initiatives.
• Leadership & Influence: ability to lead architecture teams and shape strategic direction.

Responsabilités

• Define target state technology architecture and roadmaps.
• Ensure alignment of initiatives to target state and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to capitalize on technology advances through industry trends.
• Lead large technology proofs of concepts to validate architecture solutions.
• Champion continuous transformation to optimize business and technology outcomes, including minimizing technical debt.
• Engage with senior leadership to develop architecture priorities and ensure alignment with business strategy.
