Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related technology field.
- 10 years of leading complex programs with a track record of commercial success.
- 8 years delivering large-scale global digital solutions and guiding delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of a digital onboarding roadmap.
- Lead the technical delivery of digital initiatives across web and mobile platforms.
- Align delivery with enterprise architecture, compliance, and security standards.
- Partner with product teams to translate business needs into technical outcomes.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital programs with timeliness and quality.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to support delivery goals.
- Mentor and develop digital talent and promote agile best practices.
