Job summary
Travelers, a premier property and casualty insurer, invites a senior Architect to lead Digital Applications Architecture within our EDDA organization. You will shape long-term strategy for internal and external digital properties, guiding Salesforce, content platforms, and AI-enabled initiatives.
You will manage a high-performing team of architects, align with enterprise standards, and influence senior leaders to deliver resilient, scalable solutions that enhance customer and agent experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field and 10+ years of architecture experience.
- Advanced level architecture with hands-on engineering experience in modern technologies.
- Experience delivering large-scale technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Executive leadership experience shaping enterprise technology strategy.
Responsibilities
- Define target state technology architecture and roadmaps.
- Lead architecture priorities aligned to business objectives and enterprise standards.
- Champion modernization with minimal technical debt and AI-enabled initiatives.
- Partner with senior technology and business leaders to drive strategy and execution.
