SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing and overseeing the Adjustments area within Money Movement. Leads teams that process deposit adjustments and item processing, including deposit review. Supervises employees, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
The Adjustments Manager collaborates with direct reports to drive tasks and deliver excellent customer service. Also works with other Money Movement leaders to improve efficiency across multiple areas.
Performs supervisory duties according to organizational policies and laws, including hiring, training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
Maintains a professional demeanor, demonstrates effective communication skills, and interacts effectively at all organizational levels. Manages multiple priorities and delegates effectively to meet deadlines.
Maintains proficiency in banking policies and compliance, completing required training. Demonstrates professionalism, communication skills, and leadership. Understands account documentation, retention, and banking systems. Possesses problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of FIS IBS is preferred.
