This position is 100% remote within the Bank's footprint. Employee will work full-time remotely outside of a WesBanco location (may occasionally attend in-person meetings, although primary functions of the role are performed remotely).
Responsible for managing and overseeing the Adjustments area within Money Movement. Supervises teams processing deposit adjustments and item processing, including deposit review. Ensures tasks are completed timely and accurately, collaborating with direct reports to drive tasks and ensure excellent customer service. Works with other leaders in the Money Movement team to improve efficiencies across areas.
Performs supervisory duties in line with organizational policies and laws, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and addressing employee issues.
Maintains professional demeanor, effective communication skills, and the ability to interact across all organizational levels. Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate effectively under tight deadlines.
Must stay compliant with banking regulations, policies, and laws, completing all required training. Demonstrates professional demeanor, effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of FIS IBS is preferred. Ability to learn banking systems and manage multiple priorities is essential.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree preferred; at least five years in banking operations, money movement, or exceptions processing; minimum of two years in a supervisory role.
