Location: Multiple Locations, including Wheeling, Ohio, Michigan, Tennessee, West Virginia, Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania

Type: Full-time, Remote within the Bank's footprint

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five years banking experience (operations, money movement, exceptions processing)
• Strong knowledge of exceptions processing preferred
• At least two years in a supervisory or leadership role

Job Description

Summary: Responsible for managing the Adjustments area within Money Movement, overseeing deposit adjustments and item processing, and supervising staff to ensure accurate and timely task completion.

Collaborate with direct reports and other leaders to drive efficiency and excellent customer service.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Includes hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
