SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing the Adjustments area within Money Movement, overseeing teams that process deposit adjustments and item processing, including deposit review. Supervises and leads staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Collaborates with team members and other leaders to drive efficiency and excellent customer service.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs supervisory duties in accordance with organizational policies and laws, including hiring, training, performance appraisal, and employee discipline.
