Job summary

Blue Origin in Cape Canaveral, FL is seeking a hands-on Launch & Test Engineer to join the OLS Test Operations team. You will test, maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot ground support equipment across cryogenic, hydraulic, pneumatic systems and avionics interfaces to support New Glenn programs.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a safety‑driven environment with collaboration across design, QA, and production, and may involve travel to support offsite campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a mechanical, aerospace, electrical, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with avionics for cryogenics, fluids, or propulsion test stands.
• Ability to develop test procedures and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Design, construct, operate, and maintain test facilities for orbital rockets and launch vehicle systems.
• Generate and execute test procedures for high-pressure gas, cryogenic, and fluid systems.
• Lead test operations with technicians and review test data for facility health and performance.
• Collaborate with design engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain to enable spaceflight readiness.
