Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an Avionics Test Engineer II for the New Glenn program in the Greater Seattle Area. The role focuses on test system development for avionics hardware, supporting manufacturing and flight qualification with emphasis on reliability and safety.

Responsibilities include hardware/software test integration, debugging, and ensuring compliance with EMI/EMC and industry standards. Strong collaboration and hands-on problem solving are essential to advance spaceflight capabilities.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing/testing electronic systems or devices.
• Familiar with Python scripting and test equipment usage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support test systems for avionics hardware and software in manufacturing and flight qualification.
• Lead hardware/software test integration and debugging.
• Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC, IPC/DO standards and safety requirements.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver robust, testable avionics for New Glenn.
