Job summary

Blue Origin in Cape Canaveral, FL is seeking a Launch & Test Engineer to join the OLS Test Operations team. You will test, inspect, and troubleshoot ground support equipment for New Glenn propulsion and associated systems, ensuring readiness for high‑stakes spaceflight missions.

The role demands hands‑on problem solving across cryogenic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic subsystems, with responsibility for safety, test procedures, data review, and collaboration with design, quality, supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience with automated test sequences and live test operations.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced launch environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, construct, operate, and maintain test facilities for spaceflight hardware.
• Generate procedures for high‑pressure, cryogenic, and fluid systems.
• Review test data and ensure facility readiness for launches.
