Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Program Manager for Avionics in the Air Dominance & Strike group. You will oversee manufacturing and the production lifecycle, coordinating with engineering, supply chain, operations, quality, and leadership to deliver programs on time, within scope, and on budget.

You will drive operational excellence, manage schedules, mitigate risks, and support the transition from prototyping to scalable production while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in operations program management or production.
• Experience in defense, aerospace or complex hardware preferred.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, TPS, Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement to enhance production efficiency, scalability, and cost effectiveness.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align pre-production efforts with business goals.
• Oversee production readiness and transition to full-scale production.
