Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Program Manager for the Space Manufacturing team. You will lead planning, directing, and measuring the execution of production across multiple functions, including manufacturing engineering, supply chain, quality, test, and design engineering, aligning with the Manufacturing Development Process.

You will own the manufacturing and AIT schedule, drive risk management, and coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure on-time delivery and gate readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years in program, project or production management in aerospace, space, defense or another complex hardware industry.
• 3+ years owning schedule and execution for a hardware program.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with planning, production, manufacturing engineering and leadership on priorities and delivery commitments.
• Own the integrated manufacturing and AIT schedule across multiple product lines and manage critical path.
• Drive weekly execution with cross-functional cadence and recovery plans.
• Define and monitor KPIs from NPI through full-rate production per MD P, and gate-readiness.
• Build and maintain production cost models with Sourcing, Manufacturing Engineering and Finance.
