• Proven ability to scale production from prototype to full-rate (thousands).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams.
• Willingness to operate in unstructured, startup-like environments and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own Autonomous Airpower manufacturing floor, headcount, and capex forecasting.
• Oversee Production from design input to factory execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement the 5-year strategic vision for high-volume production.
• Mature products from prototypes to full-rate production across Costa Mesa, CA.
• Establish KPIs for finance, quality, and on-time delivery.
