Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in complex system designs.
• Experience with power design, analysis, simulation, and hardware testing.
• Proficient with lab test equipment and EMI/thermal testing.
• Familiar with CAN, I2C, SPI, Ethernet, USB interfaces.
• Strong organizational and communications skills; eligible for U.S. security clearance.
• Hands-on microcontroller bring-up and design experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end avionics systems and subsystems development.
• Lead design, integration, testing, and validation processes.
• Design mixed-signal PCBs with proper grounding and protections.
• Develop harnessing and manage cross-functional teamwork.
