Gulfstream Aerospace in St. Louis is seeking a qualified Avionics Elec Tech Lead for the third shift. The role plans and coordinates electrical/avionics activities, provides daily updates, and leads technicians in troubleshooting and maintenance.

Required are extensive avionics/electrical experience, FAA A&P or repairman eligibility, and related licensure. The position emphasizes safety, schedule adherence, and cross-discipline coordination.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 8 years experience in aircraft avionics/electrical career field.
• FAA A&P license or be able to obtain a repairman certificate within 30 days of start date.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate electrical/avionics activities and provide daily status on schedules, repairs, parts and vendors.
• Coordinate with hangar management to schedule aircraft requirements.
• Supervise and instruct electrical technicians with troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
• Review daily job charges for personnel to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program for test equipment and tools.
• Stay current with Aircraft Service Changes, bulletins, inspection schedules and vendor information.
• Enforce safety programs, FOD controls, tool control and 5-S in the hangar.
• Adapt to sudden schedule changes and coordinate with other disciplines.
