Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years experience on large/mid-size aircraft.
• 8 years experience in avionics/electrical field; or 2 years schooling + 6 years related experience.
• FAA A&P license or repairman certificate within 30 days of start date.
• FCC license or NCATT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, and completes tasks to meet the master schedule.
• Coordinates Electrical and Avionics activities to meet aircraft schedules and deadlines.
• Supervises electrical technicians with troubleshooting guidance and inspections.
• Reviews daily job charging for personnel to ensure accuracy.
• Maintains a preventive maintenance program on tools and equipment.
• Keeps knowledge current on ASC changes, bulletins, inspections, and vendor info.
• Oversees safety program in hangar, including equipment operation and housekeeping.
• Adheres to FOD, tool control, and safety regulations.
• Coordinates with other disciplines on projects.
