Job summary

Blue Origin Space Coast, FL seeks an Avionics Operations Engineer II to support New Glenn test/launch activities. You will process vehicle systems from stage receipt at the launch site through launch and landing, develop schedules, write procedures, and coordinate with software teams.

The role requires a BS in engineering or related field, 3+ years in avionics GNC or launch operations, strong communication, and willingness to work off-hours.QT/Python, HWIL/SWIL knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in Avionics GNC Design, Test, Integration or Operations.
• Experience with avionics networks and routing tables.
• Knowledge of firmware vs software in avionics components.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned vehicle systems from stage receipt to launch.
• Develop and maintain production schedules and quality docs.
• Interface with embedded software team for OFP deployment.
• Prepare and launch operational flight vehicles with cross-team coordination.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and data reviews post-flight.
