Job summary

Tradewind Aviation in San Juan is seeking a polished Customer Service Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations for scheduled flights, charters, VIP movements, and irregular operations. You will supervise the ticket counter, lounge, and boarding areas, ensuring premium service, accuracy, and safety compliance across all touchpoints.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, and station leadership, handle escalated passenger issues, and uphold Tradewind’s service standards

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a customer service team in a fast-paced aviation environment.
• Knowledge of passenger check-in, boarding, lounge operations, and VIP service.
• Ability to learn Tradewind’s policies, Contracts of Carriage, and security procedures.
• Fluent English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily customer service operations for scheduled flights, charters, VIP movements, and irregular operations.
• Supervise ticket counter activities, lounge, and boarding procedures; ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, and station leadership on priorities and passenger counts.
• Escort CBP/FIS for international movements and ensure compliance with security requirements.
• Lead VIP meet-and-greet services and arrange ground transportation and boarding support.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff on reservations, check-in, lounge standards, and safety.
