Tradewind Aviation is seeking a safety-focused Ramp Supervisor to lead below-wing operations at the San Juan Station. You will direct ramp assignments, marshalling, parking, baggage handling, and fueling coordination for PC-12 operations, ensuring safety and on-time performance.

You will work with Operations, Dispatch, flight crews, and maintenance, with English required and Spanish preferred. Candidates must meet ground handling qualifications and be able to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in airline/airport or ground-handling roles with supervision responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft marshalling, wing walking, baggage and cargo handling, and fueling coordination.
• Proven ability to lead shift briefings, maintain radio comms, and coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, and maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily below-wing ramp operations for scheduled service, charters, and irregular ops.
• Supervise marshalling, parking, chocking, coning, and safety checks on PC-12.
• Coordinate GPU support, fueling, and ramp equipment with service providers and flight crews.
• Ensure cabin readiness and baggage handling through accurate turnover and logs.
• Stop unsafe conditions and escalate as required, while maintaining field communications.
