Job summary

Tradewind Aviation seeks a full-time San Juan Customer Service Supervisor to lead our Caribbean base in San Juan, PR. You will provide strong leadership, guidance and training to the team, promoting a positive work culture and top-tier customer service at every client interaction.

The role requires a BS in business/management, 2+ years in supervision, bilingual English/Spanish, and the ability to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• BS degree in business/management or related field.
• 2+ years’ supervisory/leadership experience.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English and Spanish.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. or territories without sponsorship.
• Valid In-State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Assist the San Juan Station Manager in overseeing staff and services.
• Ensure day-to-day operations align with policies and regulations.
• Be an expert in customer service and communications across shifts.
• Coordinate operations and monitor all aspects of the station.
• Develop training and coaching for personnel and vendors.
• Participate in recruitment and staff planning.
• Track and improve service quality at the San Juan Station.
• Ensure safety, procedures, and airline policies are followed.
