Job summary

Tradewind Aviation is seeking a full-time San Juan Customer Service Supervisor based in San Juan, PR. You will lead and train the station team, ensure smooth daily operations, and uphold top-tier customer service across all interactions.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a field related to business and/or management.
• 2+ years’ work experience in a supervisory and leadership capacity.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist the San Juan Station Manager in overseeing and managing the Tradewind San Juan Station employees and services.
• Ensure day-to-day operations run effectively according to policies and procedures.
• Be an expert in customer service.
• Coordinate and monitor all aspects of the operation.
• Ensure communications between shifts and liaise with departments, vendors, and regulators.
• Develop training and coaching for staff and vendors.
• Assist with recruitment and termination of employees.
• Track and improve service quality at the San Juan Station.
• Monitor employee performance and ensure procedures are followed.
