Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking an Operations Training Specialist to manage training data in GTIMS and related systems, coordinate class schedules, and maintain training records for aircrew and ground personnel.

The role requires proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office, plus strong communication and organizational skills. A valid interim Secret clearance and 1–2 years of related experience are expected; Bachelor’s degree preferred. On-site in Tacoma, WA with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface with HARM/SARM to update ARMS or equivalent systems.
• Build, review and update student records, folders and grade books.
• Coordinate class/exam schedules with external agencies; ensure trainings.
• Perform daily, monthly and quarterly gradebook checks.
• Prepare and execute periodic training/testing plans for approval.
• Schedule members for required ground training events per AF policies.
• Provide weekly squadron leadership updates on flight readiness.
• Coordinate with scheduling office to maximize training opportunities.
• Provide daily tracking of upgrade/continuation training; weekly summaries.
• Assist in developing new curriculum and syllabi for training.
• Generate required reports/forms.
