Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking an Operations Training Specialist to support aviation and training programs for mission-critical operations. The role focuses on updating GTIMS and ARMS systems, managing student records, and coordinating class schedules with air force units and external agencies.

The candidate will ensure accurate data entry, maintain grade books, and help develop new curricula under supervision. A strong ability to multitask in a dynamic environment, along with solid MS Office skills,

Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling software and MS Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with teams.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to think critically and make timely decisions.

Responsibilities

• Interface with HARM/SARM to update ARMS as required.
• Build and update student records, folders and grade books.
• Coordinate class/exam schedules with external agencies and units.
• Perform daily, monthly and quarterly gradebook checks.
• Develop training plans with the DOT Flight Chief and schedule training.
• Provide weekly status updates to squadron leadership.
• Generate required reports and forms.
