Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. in Tacoma, WA seeks a Scheduler to manage complex flight and training schedules for aircrew, instructors, and support staff. You will coordinate with training officers, NCOs, and operations to ensure currency and progression and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

The role requires 1–2 years of related scheduling experience, interim Secret clearance, and strong MS Office skills. A Top-Secret clearance is preferred and telework is limited by mission needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of related experience.
• Must have an interim Secret clearance.
• Top-Secret clearance preferred.
• Experience in Flying Squadron/Group/Wing Stan/Eval office desirable.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training officer, NCO, SARM specialist, UDM, and DO to arrange a schedule for qualification, upgrade, test, and continuation training.
• Build long- and short-range shift schedules to cover aircrew, instructor, evaluator, support, and supervisor positions.
• Coordinate with senior squadron leadership daily and weekly.
• Coordinate with simulator contractors for simulator events.
• Track crewmember leave, TDY, medical appointments, and scheduling commitments.
• Publish scheduling data for unit ground/flight/academic and simulator training.
• Update Load Tracker for the next week’s schedule, and produce the Flying Effectiveness and Flying Hour Program reports.
